BTC and ETH closing prices are read from Binance for the past 4 eligible Fridays, in UTC.
Compute momentum scores
A rolling average of 3-week price changes gives each asset a single unitless score.
Apply the decision rule
If BTC score > 0: hold the higher-scoring asset. Otherwise: move to cash.
